Salary: $83,724 - $119,700 annually

What you will do
- Lead field teams for data collection activities including fish habitat quality, breeding bird, and invasive plant surveys.
- Prepare environmental assessment reports, regulatory submissions, and environmental management plans.
- Coordinate with project team members to ensure timely production of deliverables.
- Act as a field representative, conducting site inspections and providing direction to contractors and stakeholders.
- Assist project managers with proposal development and attend client meetings.
- Ensure all work adheres to professional requirements and quality standards.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of related work experience in environmental assessments, permitting, and reporting.
- Bachelor’s or graduate degree in environmental science, management, engineering, or a related field.
- Professional designation with a recognized body (e.g., CAB-BC).
- Valid Class 5 Driver’s License.
- Strong organizational, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Proactive approach to resolving client issues.

- Experience signing off as a Qualified Environmental Professional.
- Experience working with large multidisciplinary project teams.
