What you will do
- Supervise, coach, and develop team leads and associates in DTC fulfillment operations.
- Manage daily workflow to ensure timely order processing, prioritizing speed and accuracy.
- Utilize WMS and order management systems to plan staffing and monitor real-time order flow.
- Ensure all orders are packaged to brand standards and shipped within service level expectations.
- Monitor key DTC metrics including order cycle time, fulfillment accuracy, and units per hour.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve order issues and improve the end-to-end consumer experience.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of leadership experience in a DTC or eCommerce environment.
- Experience with WMS (Warehouse Management Systems).
- Strong ability to manage multiple priorities in a time-sensitive, customer-driven environment.
- Proven ability to collaborate across teams and functions.
- Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and performance management tools.
Nice to have
- Experience in high-volume, fast-paced fulfillment operations.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) proficiency.
- Experience with order management systems.
