What you will do

• Supervise, coach, and develop team leads and associates in DTC fulfillment operations.
• Manage daily workflow to ensure timely order processing, prioritizing speed and accuracy.
• Utilize WMS and order management systems to plan staffing and monitor real-time order flow.
• Ensure all orders are packaged to brand standards and shipped within service level expectations.
• Monitor key DTC metrics including order cycle time, fulfillment accuracy, and units per hour.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve order issues and improve the end-to-end consumer experience.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of leadership experience in a DTC or eCommerce environment.
• Experience with WMS (Warehouse Management Systems).
• Strong ability to manage multiple priorities in a time-sensitive, customer-driven environment.
• Proven ability to collaborate across teams and functions.
• Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and performance management tools.

Nice to have

• Experience in high-volume, fast-paced fulfillment operations.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) proficiency.
• Experience with order management systems.
