TL;DR

What you will do

  • Conduct user interviews to validate demand and identify real customer pain points.
  • Design and ship MVPs independently using no-code, low-code, and AI-native workflows.
  • Execute lightweight marketing and growth strategies to drive initial user adoption.
  • Automate business processes and replace manual tasks with AI-driven solutions.
  • Analyze scalability and business potential to prioritize high-impact initiatives.
  • Collaborate directly with founders and cross-functional teams to turn ambiguous ideas into products.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in Product Management or Product Operations in a startup environment.
  • Strong builder mentality with the ability to execute independently without a full dev team.
  • Proficiency in using AI tools like Claude, Cursor, n8n, and Lovable for rapid development.
  • Understanding of performance marketing, SEO, and growth hacking principles.
  • Analytical mindset for data-driven prioritization and rapid iteration.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and high ownership in a fast-paced startup setting.
