What you will do

• Provide exceptional service to guests and residents as the primary overnight point of contact.
• Audit guest check-ins and check-outs to ensure process compliance.
• Respond to guest inquiries via text, email, and various communication platforms.
• Maintain a safe, secure, and compliant property environment.
• Collaborate with off-site teams and escalate urgent maintenance or housekeeping issues.
• Complete thorough shift handovers and administrative tasks.

Requirements

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• 1+ year of experience in hospitality, retail, or multi-family customer service.
• Previous experience working overnight hours.
• Demonstrated ability to learn and utilize property management, CRM, or communication systems.
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must be available to work overnight hours (10pm–8am) including weekends and holidays.
