What you will do

• Partner with Product Managers and Engineers to scope, build, and ship AI agents handling thousands of daily conversations.
• Combine product strategy and conversational design to deliver high-quality agent experiences.
• Act as a trusted advisor to customers to help define and drive their AI strategies.
• Manage the full development lifecycle of multiple complex and high-visibility agent projects.
• Coordinate communication and relationship management across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Provide data-driven strategic insights to inform internal decisions and customer directions.

Requirements

• Must be based in London (On-site)
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills for conveying complex technical information.
• Strong understanding of software development, product management, and engineering principles.
• Proven analytical and critical thinking skills to identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Experience leading and inspiring teams to deliver innovative AI solutions.
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or equivalent practical experience.

Nice to have

• MBA or comparable experience at the intersection of technology and operations.
