What you will do

• Transform complex product concepts into compelling technical narratives and hands-on demos.
• Design and execute immersive booth activations and technical workshops for major global conferences.
• Develop technical enablement materials, including how-to guides, click-paths, and reference architectures.
• Partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Community teams to drive initiatives.
• Research and implement emerging trends in API, iPaaS, AI Gateway, and low-code technologies.

Requirements

• 6-9 years of experience in technical product marketing, product management, or solution engineering at a high-tech company.
• Proficiency in AI skills: prompt engineering, agent governance, and agent orchestration.
• Experience with iPaaS, API Management, Automation, or enterprise CRM applications.
• Practical coding knowledge in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, APIs, or Java/Apex.
• Proven expertise in building end-to-end product demos and marketing assets like positioning decks and eBooks.
• Willingness to travel to lead technical workshops and on-site activations.

Nice to have

• Direct experience with MuleSoft or similar API Management/AI Gateway platforms.
• Proficiency with design tools such as Figma.
• Video production and editing skills using Adobe Premiere, Camtasia, or FinalCut.
