• Lead and manage strategic consulting engagements from mobilization through delivery and closure.
• Build customized project roadmaps and implement governance and change activities.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams and provide coaching and career development support.
• Facilitate complex working sessions and steer cross-functional teams toward shared outcomes.
• Apply project and change management frameworks to drive adoption and implementation results.
• Identify business development opportunities and contribute to practice-building initiatives.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience leading complex consulting or transformation engagements.
• Proven expertise in strategy, operating model design, program delivery, or change management.
• Demonstrated leadership of multi-stakeholder programs in complex organizations.
• Strong project and change management capabilities including readiness and implementation planning.
• Excellent facilitation and executive communication skills for C-level presentations.
• Eligibility to work in Canada is preferred.

Nice to have

• 8+ years in banking, payments, or cash management operations.
• Experience with cohort or wave-based delivery models.
• MBA or equivalent advanced degree.
• Certifications such as PMP, Prosci, Agile, or CTP.
