TL;DR

Associate Digital Product Manager (Digital Product Management): Own assigned digital products end-to-end by defining value propositions, articulating product “why”, and driving the product roadmap with an accent on aligning customer and clinician needs with business goals. Focus on coordinating stakeholders and delivery across digital design, digital development, and data & analytics while continuously refreshing and reprioritizing the backlog using customer research and quantitative product metrics.

What you will do

  • Act as the point of contact for assigned digital products internally and externally.
  • Collect quantitative product data and metrics and synthesize customer research to inform decisions.
  • Gather product requirements, align them with business goals, and develop high-level product strategy and direction.
  • Leverage existing digital capabilities to shape product solution approaches.
  • Manage the digital product roadmap and backlog; communicate priorities, experiments, and decisions to stakeholders and refresh/reprioritize based on input.
  • Coordinate with other product managers for cross-product alignment and serve as accountable owner for assigned digital products/tools.

Requirements

  • 2 years of experience in a Business or Technical Analysis, or Digital Product Management role.
  • 2 years of experience in the Healthcare Industry.
  • 6 years of related and progressive experience in lieu of a Bachelor’s degree.
  • Written, interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work with supervision with strong organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage tasks, assignments, and deadlines.
  • Ability to lead with a customer and clinician-centric lens and manage conflict.
