What you will do

• Identify and resolve yield-limiting factors across technology node lifecycles.
• Develop solutions for complex yield challenges and design measurement protocols for product integrity assessment.
• Perform advanced statistical analysis, create data visualizations, and translate data into actionable yield improvement strategies.
• Build process development roadmaps aligned with yield milestones.
• Partner with design, test, and process development teams to debug yield issues and support design-technology co-optimization.
• Develop and optimize equipment and methodologies for advanced logic nodes; support manufacturability and ramp readiness.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering, Semiconductor Technology, or a STEM-related field.
• 3+ years of experience in yield development or process technology.
• 2+ years of experience with external customer advanced node semiconductor devices and process flow concept.
• Experience with yield projection using EOL signals and in-line parameters.
