What you will do

• Execute payments for services and operational expenses while maintaining tracking reports.
• Manage settlements and perform partner reconciliation processes on a bi-monthly basis.
• Prepare data for affiliate payouts and monitor transaction flows for inconsistencies.
• Handle chargebacks and assist in fraud monitoring activities.
• Analyze payment performance and conversion rates to optimize payment cascades.
• Collaborate with payment providers to ensure smooth and stable payment flows.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in Payments, Finance Operations, PSP, or Anti-Fraud.
• Proven experience in iGaming or other high-risk industries.
• Understanding of payment systems, transaction flows, and routing logic.
• Ability to work accurately with large volumes of financial data and reports.
• English: B1+ required.
• Must be based in Poland, Austria, or Hungary.

Nice to have

• Experience working directly with Payment Service Providers (PSPs).
• Experience with payment conversion analysis and optimization.
• Background working with affiliate or traffic teams.
• Familiarity with Jira and Confluence.
