What you will do

• Support members across voice, video, SMS, chat, and digital messaging with empathy and professionalism.
• Help members navigate benefits, find providers, schedule appointments, and translate complex healthcare information into clear guidance.
• Perform proactive clinical outreach by identifying escalation paths and collaborating with clinical staff.
• Use internal systems and an AI Guide Assistant to deliver fast, accurate, and fully documented resolutions.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and follow internal workflows while meeting productivity, quality, and output metrics.
• Flex between inbound and outbound work as business needs and seasonal priorities change.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in the United States (Remote USA)
• 1+ years of experience in a high-volume customer-facing role or fast-paced healthcare environment.
• English and Spanish fluency (written and oral) is required to serve both English- and Spanish-speaking members.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs, including seasonal adjustments and weekend availability.
• Strong communication and emotional intelligence, including de-escalation of intense or emotionally charged interactions.
• Comfort working with AI-powered tools and digital platforms; strong multitasking while maintaining accuracy.
