What you will do

• Lead the delivery of large, complex projects and portfolios that represent significant benefit or risk to customers.
• Manage project risks using recognized project management methods and ensure alignment with PMO governance.
• Act as a customer champion, engaging with leadership roles (IT Managers, Programme Managers) to resolve issues and ensure quality.
• Manage complex budgets ranging from £1 million to £20 million, including hardware and professional services.
• Collaborate with Practice, Hub Managers, and Client Services teams to ensure consistent service delivery.

Requirements

• Proven experience delivering a broad range of IT and network technology across various industry sectors.
• Experience managing technical project budgets from £1M to £20M.
• Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to interpret commercial contracts to identify risks and opportunities.
• Eligibility for UK Security Clearance (minimum 5 years UK residency).

Nice to have

• Telecoms experience in core network, WAN/LAN, cloud voice, or contact centre environments.
• Experience embedding project management standards, tools, and governance frameworks.
