TL;DR

Solutions Architect (Sports): Designing and implementing data analytics architectures for the sports industry with an accent on the Databricks Data Intelligence Platform. Location: Remote (US preferred); candidates in other locations will be considered.

Salary: $180,000 — $247,500 USD

What you will do

  • Develop customer engagement strategies in partnership with Account Executives within the designated territory.
  • Coach junior Solutions Architects and teams on use case prioritization and building technical champions.
  • Influence stakeholders and C-level executives through complex engagements with the cloud ecosystem.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor for data analytics architecture and the adoption of the Data Intelligence Platform.
  • Contribute to the technical community by developing customer-facing collateral and leading workshops.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of customer-facing technical experience.
  • Proven expertise in technical pre-sales and managing the complex sales lifecycle.
  • Proficiency in a core programming language such as Python, Java, or Scala.
  • Hands-on experience with public cloud platforms and executing complex proofs-of-concept.
  • Ability to travel up to 30% as required.
  • Preference for candidates based in the US.
