What you will do

• Design and develop new conversational ad experiences for the hirify.global Search page.
• Build large-scale, low-latency distributed systems and ML infrastructure.
• Implement LLM models in production and contribute to LLMOps in partnership with science teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI-driven solutions across the advertising ecosystem.
• Create scalable systems to deliver highly personalized ad experiences.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional software development experience.
• 2+ years of experience in system design and architecture (design patterns, reliability, and scaling).
• Experience designing large-scale distributed software using C#, C++, Java, or Perl.
• Strong proficiency in Object Oriented Design.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Must be based in or authorized to work in the USA (Seattle or Palo Alto).
