Compensation: $240,000–$270,000+ OTE.

What you will do
- Lead and mentor a team of account managers to drive customer satisfaction and platform adoption.
- Serve as the primary strategic consultant for high-value enterprise partners.
- Analyze client data to uncover insights and execute strategies that align with business objectives.
- Partner with internal teams including Sales, Product, and Marketing to advocate for client needs.
- Manage revenue targets, including up-sell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
- Prepare and deliver executive-level presentations to secure buy-in on growth initiatives.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Account Management, Client Success, or Consulting.
- Demonstrated leadership of teams and ownership of enterprise-level revenue targets.
- Proven experience managing high-stakes partnerships with large enterprise clients.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and drive strategic decisions.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills for executive-level audiences.
- Must be authorized to work in the US.
