Location: Must be based in the US, with a preference for NYC or Chicago.

Compensation: $240,000–$270,000+ OTE.

What you will do

  • Lead and mentor a team of account managers to drive customer satisfaction and platform adoption.
  • Serve as the primary strategic consultant for high-value enterprise partners.
  • Analyze client data to uncover insights and execute strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Partner with internal teams including Sales, Product, and Marketing to advocate for client needs.
  • Manage revenue targets, including up-sell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Prepare and deliver executive-level presentations to secure buy-in on growth initiatives.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in Account Management, Client Success, or Consulting.
  • Demonstrated leadership of teams and ownership of enterprise-level revenue targets.
  • Proven experience managing high-stakes partnerships with large enterprise clients.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and drive strategic decisions.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills for executive-level audiences.
  • Must be authorized to work in the US.
