What you will do

• Provide KC-135 Pilot procedures instruction across aircraft, classroom, and simulator platforms.
• Deliver training for Visual Threat Recognition Avoidance (VTRAT) and Crew Resource Management (CRM).
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to develop and review curriculum for new type courses.
• Conduct ground training, diagnose student issues, and provide remediation.
• Perform administrative duties including scheduling, record keeping, and quality assurance.
• Maintain personal proficiency in KC-135 aircraft operation and emergency procedures.

Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship is required due to government contract requirements.
• Eligible for DoD Personal Security Clearance.
• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution.
• 8 years total flying experience, including 5 years military experience.
• Minimum 2 years experience as a KC-135 Pilot flight instructor and training management.
• Completion of a formal USAF Instructor training course.
