What you will do

  • Develop AI systems that balance accuracy, latency, and compliance.
  • Collaborate with product and science teams to deliver impactful AI features for hiring processes.
  • Deliver full-stack software features and improvements to major portions of the product.
  • Solve complex software problems by identifying simple, scalable designs.
  • Actively participate in design and code reviews.
  • Mentor junior engineers on the team.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the USA (Seattle, WA or New York, NY).
  • 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in system design, architecture, reliability, and scaling.
  • Proficiency in at least one major software programming language.
  • Experience with the full SDLC, including coding standards, source control, and operations.
  • Experience building and delivering complex software systems to customers.

Nice to have

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
  • Experience in machine learning, data mining, information retrieval, statistics, or NLP.
