What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain infrastructure and networking systems connecting structured and unstructured data to LLMs.
• Develop secure and compliant systems to process sensitive data.
• Ensure platform reliability and efficiency at enterprise scale.
• Integrate data access and authentication with production model and agent systems.
• Collaborate with product, research, and engineering teams to deploy production systems.
• Own system reliability including participation in on-call rotations.

Requirements

• Location: Must be onsite in San Francisco, United States
• Expertise in deploying and operating software in customer-managed infrastructure and networks.
• Strong understanding of enterprise data management including security, identity, access, performance, and reliability.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and rapid change.
• Intrinsic desire to learn and share knowledge clearly.
• English: Proficient (B2 or higher)
