Location: Must report to a physical company location in Winter Haven, Florida or North Charleston, South Carolina (Hybrid options available).

What you will do
- Lead the TPRM governance framework ensuring alignment with OCC guidance, internal policies, and emerging risks.
- Develop and enhance TPRM policies, standards, and operational procedures to maintain a consistent control environment.
- Execute the TPRM Program Strategy, Roadmap, and Workplan while delivering training to stakeholders.
- Create executive-level dashboards and reporting to provide visibility into risk exposures, trends, and KRIs/KPIs.
- Oversee governance for critical and high-risk vendors, including risk tiering and concentration risk frameworks.
- Identify and implement TPRM technologies, specifically leveraging AI capabilities like Copilot to optimize risk assessments.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- 5+ years of recent experience in Third-Party Risk Management, audit, or related activities.
- Proven expertise in Compliance, Information Security, and Technology process assessments.
- Knowledge of Three Lines of Defense Risk Management and Controls Assessment Models.
- Familiarity with GRC tools (preferably Acher) and AI tools (preferably Copilot).
- Certification in at least one of the following: C3PRMP, CTPRP, CISA, CIA, or CRISC.
