What you will do

• Participate in the technical design and implementation of new products and enhancements to existing applications.
• Spearhead the migration of workloads from on-premise data centers to GCP.
• Collaborate with infrastructure platform teams to deliver pipelines, identity, observability, and security.
• Plan and deliver complex projects with multi-team dependencies.
• Develop subject matter expertise in multiple domains to improve technical and business impact.
• Participate in an on-call rotation to ensure system reliability.

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of technical experience in software development.
• Experience managing infrastructure in GCP or similar cloud providers using Infrastructure as Code.
• Proficiency with Kubernetes and Terraform.
• Experience working in a remote environment.
• Must be based in the United States, excluding California.
• Ineligible for immigration sponsorship; must not require support now or in the future (e.g., H-1B, PERM).

Nice to have

• Experience with Golang and Argo.
• Knowledge of network architecture.
• Experience managing IBM HashiCorp Vault clusters.
• Experience with Pub/Sub, Kafka, or event-driven architecture.
• Experience migrating VM-based workloads to containerized workloads.
