What you will do

• Develop applications and process performance on ion beam systems, driving relevant learning and demonstrations.
• Establish and maintain Best Known Methods (BKM) for process control and continuous improvement.
• Monitor and maintain ion beam systems hardware and diagnostics to enhance overall system performance.
• Resolve process problems and collaborate with service and engineering teams to implement solutions.
• Present technical aspects of products to customers and sales channels.
• Provide on-the-job training and technical assistance to team members, customers, and partners.

Requirements

• BS degree with 5+ years of experience, MS with 3+ years, or a PhD in engineering, physics, chemistry, or thin film technologies.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in customer support or management.
• Knowledge of semiconductor device modules and process integration in logic and/or memory fabrication.
• Understanding of thin film deposition processes and hardware.
• Strong analytical, spoken, and written communication skills.
