What you will do

• Manage the receipt, transfer, storage, and inventory of QC samples, including raw materials and stability samples.
• Maintain laboratory operations through housekeeping, equipment maintenance, and supply ordering.
• Ensure strict compliance with GMP standards and maintain accurate quality records.
• Collaborate with QA, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain to provide sample status updates and support testing activities.
• Support QC Shared Services functions, including LIMS administration and contract laboratory coordination.
• Identify and communicate operational issues to leadership to ensure timelines and objectives are met.

Requirements

• Associate degree, preferably in a scientific discipline; equivalent relevant experience considered.
• 0-4 years of experience in laboratory support, materials management, inventory control, or warehouse operations.
• Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail when handling samples and documentation.
• Basic knowledge of GMP principles and regulated environments.
• Proficiency with spreadsheets, databases, and standard business software applications.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Houston, Texas.
