What you will do

• Lead multi-channel marketing campaigns from conceptualization to execution within agreed budgets.
• Analyze consumer trends and market data to build annual goals and growth strategies.
• Collaborate with on-air, digital, and social teams to ensure content alignment with brand strategy.
• Define PR opportunities and manage photoshoots and press calls for presenters and shows.
• Plan and execute station events across the country.
• Manage CRM tools (Mailchimp) and deliver a paid social media strategy to increase brand reach.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in marketing focusing on ATL, events, and digital campaigns.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, media or a related field.
• Full clean driving license required.
• Experience with CRM management (Mailchimp) and CMS tools.
• Proven track record of delivering campaigns across traditional and digital media.
• Ability to analyze activity effectiveness and report KPIs to stakeholders.
