What you will do
- Develop design routes for new own-brand products from brief to production, including boxes, sleeves, and labels.
- Collaborate with creative and range teams to ensure designs align with format constraints and material specifications.
- Art direct illustration commissions and integrate them into wider design systems.
- Produce accurate, production-ready design files and support the creation of NPD visualisations.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining ownership of timelines and delivery points.
- Contribute to the evolution and codification of the own-brand design system.
Requirements
- Must be based in or able to work from London for hybrid office attendance.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop).
- Strong understanding of packaging die lines, cutter guides, and print processes (litho, flexo, foil blocking).
- Proven experience in packaging and product design with a focus on recipient experience.
- Ability to work accurately and at pace under deadline pressure.
- Active use of AI and emerging design tools to accelerate ideation and output quality.
Nice to have
- Experience with 3D modelling (Rhino) and rendering (Keyshot).
- Experience working with glass, ceramics, and textiles.
