What you will do
- Coordinate production support for the Studios Casting and Talent Management Department.
- Maintain project cost trackers, cast lists, contractual obligations, session details, rates, bids, and invoices.
- Send final bids and invoices for payment processing and track talent session guarantees.
- Support external talent budgeting, forecasting, monthly spend reporting, and actuals-versus-scope comparisons.
- Assist with talent travel, including direct bill requests and car service bookings.
- Coordinate with casting professionals, producers, finance, development partners, executives, talent agencies, vendors, and recording studio staff.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and/or relevant work experience.
- At least 3 years of administrative or relevant professional experience.
- Strong project coordination, communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments independently in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
- High level of confidentiality and discretion when working with executives and talent.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word, plus experience working across multiple time zones.

- Experience working with high-profile executives and performers.
- Familiarity with recording studios, talent agencies, and products.
