What you will do

• Gather evidence from transaction data and customer claims to investigate suspicious activity.
• Safeguard compromised accounts and execute remedial actions to ensure safe usage.
• Coordinate with other banks and CIFAS regarding potential fraudsters.
• Collaborate with law enforcement agencies regarding discovered crimes.
• Provide guidance and support to fraud victims on future self-protection.
• Identify fraud trends and deliver technical training to combat them.

Requirements

• Fluent Spanish (written and verbal).
• Strong English communication skills.
• Deep understanding of fraud typologies and resolution processes.
• Knowledge of UK and EU fraud prevention policies and associated financial crime risks.
• Significant experience in identifying fraud trends and coaching teams.
• Must be based in the UK.
