What you will do

• Conduct security reviews and threat modelling across product features and systems.
• Plan and deliver independent security projects from design through to rollout.
• Develop tooling and automation to streamline security review processes.
• Coordinate penetration testing and manage remediation tracking.
• Support recurring compliance activities including SOC2 and PCI audits.
• Contribute to AppSec roadmap initiatives including AI security and supply chain security.

Requirements

• Must be based in Poland, Hungary, Portugal, Romania, or South Africa.
• Proven experience in product or application security, including threat modelling.
• Ability to read and write code for building security tools and automation.
• Strong judgement regarding risk assessment and clear communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage shifting priorities in a scaleup environment.

Nice to have

• Exposure to compliance frameworks like SOC2 or PCI.
• Background in payments, fintech, or other regulated domains.
• Interest in detection engineering, supply chain security, or AI security.
