🚀 TaxDome is hiring: Principal Security Engineer (DRI)
🌍 Fully remote across European time zones

At TaxDome, we’re building the #1 practice management platform for accounting firms in the US and globally. We are a 400+ fully remote team across 40+ countries, serving tens of thousands of businesses worldwide.

We’re looking for a Principal Security Engineer to own Application Security across our platform during an AI-first engineering transformation. This is a high-ownership, hands-on role for someone who can build security into modern software delivery, shape the security model for AI-generated code, and help us scale product safety without slowing the business down.

🔎 What we’re looking for:
• 7+ years in Application / Product Security
• Staff / Principal-level ownership or equivalent senior IC depth
• Strong experience securing multi-tenant SaaS products
• Experience with sensitive or regulated data
• Strong hands-on DevSecOps and CI/CD security automation background
• Practical experience with AI / LLM security risks and controls
• Ability to work closely with engineering and review code across modern backend / platform environments
• Strong written communication and ownership mindset

📌 What you’ll do:
• Own and drive the Application Security workstream across the platform
• Build automated security controls across the delivery loop
• Embed security into product discovery, threat modeling, acceptance criteria, and architecture decisions
• Define security controls for AI-generated code and AI-assisted development
• Own the security reviewer AI agent and improve its quality and coverage
• Partner on incident response, supply chain security, secrets management, and compliance-related technical controls
• Raise security maturity through practical guidance, reusable rules, and developer education
