Location: Must be based within a commutable distance of the London office for a hybrid schedule. Role requires regular travel (up to 2 weeks per month) to Qatar and South Africa.

What you will do

• Build impactful relationships with customer accounts, providing technical and business value.
• Act as a trusted advisor to C-level executives to define long-term Data & AI strategies.
• Lead strategic engagements and shape Data & AI transformation roadmaps.
• Author reference architectures, demo applications, and technical content.
• Lead workshops, seminars, and meet-ups to foster the regional Databricks community.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in technical customer interactions, preferably in pre-sales or complex consulting.
• Strong expertise in solution architecture, data engineering, data warehousing, and data science.
• Proficiency with AI, AI Agents, and Big Data Analytics technologies.
• Coding expertise in Python, Java, or Scala.
• Excellent communication skills in English (C1 level).
• Ability to travel regularly (up to 2 weeks per month) for customer visits and events.
