What you will do

• Design and maintain high-frequency off/on-chain systems for quantitative research and real-time trading.
• Translate quantitative models, signals, and hypotheses into efficient production code.
• Develop scalable research platforms for data ingestion, feature computation, and backtesting across large datasets.
• Optimize system performance, specifically targeting latency and throughput.
• Build tools and libraries to accelerate research and monitoring workflows.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to evolve the firm’s research and trading stack.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or a related technical field.
• Strong proficiency in C++, Rust, or Python with a clean coding style.
• Deep knowledge of data structures, optimization algorithms, and system design.
• Experience with quantitative finance research frameworks or algorithmic trading systems.
• Hands-on experience in market microstructure, market making, ML modeling, or on-chain trading.
• Ability to work in a collaborative, data-driven environment.
