Location: Hybrid (Must be based in London, UK) - 3 days office, 2 days home

What you will do

• Design high-impact new business pitch decks, credentials, and award submissions
• Develop presentation systems, templates, and visual frameworks for agency-wide use
• Collaborate with Strategy, Creative, and Leadership teams to build pitch narratives
• Enhance presentations using typography, layout, visual hierarchy, and motion
• Build polished assets and campaign worlds in Google Slides and PowerPoint
• Manage multiple project timelines simultaneously under tight deadlines

Requirements

• Strong experience in presentation and pitch deck design
• Expert proficiency in Google Slides and PowerPoint
• Deep understanding of typography, layout, and visual storytelling
• Experience working in creative or new business agency environments
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Must be based in or be able to commute to London

• Experience with motion design
