What you will do

• Scale creative output across paid channels to support growth marketing.
• Produce variations for creative testing and iterate based on performance data.
• Maintain visual consistency and brand stewardship across all marketing materials.
• Own creative QA for assets, including regulatory text and formatting.
• Build and maintain templates, design systems, and asset libraries.
• Collaborate with growth and product design teams while leveraging AI tools to increase speed and quality.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a creative or brand designer, ideally in a consumer brand or agency.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating typographic, layout, and conceptual thinking.
• Proven experience designing for performance and growth marketing.
• Demonstrable use of AI tools in the design workflow.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain brand consistency at scale.
• Must be based in London and able to work from the office Tuesday-Thursday.

Nice to have

• Motion and video skills (After Effects, Figma motion, AI motion tools).
• Experience contributing to a rebrand or new brand launch.
• Familiarity with creative testing frameworks.
