What you will do

• Define and manage team workflows, including code reviews, automated testing, and meeting structures.
• Review game design from a technical perspective to reduce scope and mitigate risks.
• Ensure code maintainability and manage technical debt across the project.
• Assess developer skills, communicate expectations, and ensure reasonable feature delivery velocity.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for gameplay feature implementation.
• Evaluate roadmap feasibility and escalate technical risks to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Strong programming skills in C++.
• Demonstrated experience as a Gameplay Lead.
• Proficiency in at least one of the following: optimizations, animations, or Unreal Engine.
