Focus on improving ways of working through process challenge, supporting first-contact resolution with Customer Service, and maintaining Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) obligations.

What you will do

  • Identify and act on customer compliance risks using documented processes for account actions, document requests, and additional checks.
  • Conduct customer risk assessments, including source of wealth checks, and take actions to support sustainable customer spending.
  • Investigate cases flagged by RG and AML models and escalate to relevant governance teams when appropriate.
  • Monitor regulatory and market changes affecting the function and ensure all casework meets regulatory requirements.
  • Liaise with external teams (e.g., Customer Service) and handle escalations to minimize contacts and support first contact resolution.
  • Challenge and improve established processes; provide training/support to new starters or other departments when needed.

Requirements

  • Good knowledge of Responsible Gaming, AML, and the igaming industry.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for customer-centric compliance decisions.
  • Ability to work reliably and independently, with openness to constructive feedback.
  • Customer-centric decision making and team collaboration mindset.
