Salary: $140,000 – $210,000 CAD

What you will do

• Spearhead the engineering efforts to bootstrap a unified platform for agentic access to the Data Cloud.
• Design and build robust MCP server frameworks and semantic layers.
• Deliver mission-critical capabilities meeting rigorous functional and quality requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate federated data sources.
• Mentor junior engineers and lead team collaboration on complex technical initiatives.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in software development engineering and scaling robust systems.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience delivering Machine Learning or Agent systems.
• Expertise in at least one of: ML/Data Science, MCP protocol, or Semantic engines/BI.
• Strong understanding of development lifecycles using Scala, Python, PyTorch, or LangChain.
• Solid experience in API development and Object-Oriented Design principles.
• Must be based in Vancouver, Canada and able to work in a hybrid model.
