Location: Onsite in Ypsonas, Cyprus (Relocation support provided).

What you will do

• Collect and analyze requirements from stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Translate business needs into clear, actionable tasks for development teams.
• Create precise documentation including UML diagrams and BPMN workflows.
• Collaborate across Product, Design, Development, and QA teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Design and refine pricing flows for traders and internal products.
• Contribute to the optimization of trading operations and system interoperability.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Solid understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
• Proficiency in creating visual representations of requirements (UML, BPMN).
• Experience writing and refining User Stories, Use Cases, and Sequence Diagrams.
• Proficient in English, both written and verbal.
• Ability to onboard quickly into new domains and adapt to changing environments.

Nice to have

• Background in fintech, specifically CFD trading.
• Familiarity with API types (REST, WebSockets, gRPC, FIX Protocol).
• Experience with message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ, Solace).
• Knowledge of CI/CD processes.
• Proficiency in Russian language.
