What you will do

• Prepare, revise, and re-release SolidWorks drawings, layouts, and specifications for production.
• Maintain NetSuite item masters, including BOMs, routings, work instructions, and packaging instructions.
• Administer the end-to-end Engineering Change (ECR/ECO) and deviation process, ensuring approval routing and closure.
• Ensure all document control and traceability meet ISO 9001:2015 requirements.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Planning, Purchasing, and Quality teams to ensure production readiness and eliminate downtime.
• Provide technical support to manufacturing teams regarding production-released specifications.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience supporting heavy gauge thermoforming in a production environment.
• Strong proficiency with SolidWorks and EPDM/PDM release workflows.
• Strong proficiency with NetSuite for managing item masters, BOMs, and routings.
• Experience working within ISO 9001:2015 document control standards.
• English: Minimum B2 level proficiency (written and verbal).
• Location: Must be based outside the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience with returnable packaging.
• Proficiency in ECR database administration and reporting.
• Experience cleaning up legacy CAD and ERP data at scale.
