What you will do

• Design new interior aluminum partitions and facade glazing systems with integrated thermal break solutions.
• Develop custom aluminum profiles, ensuring they meet structural requirements and extrusion feasibility.
• Integrate fittings and hardware, specifying exact attachment methods, milling, and cutting requirements.
• Create high-precision 3D models of components and complex assemblies using SolidWorks or Kompas-3D.
• Prepare technical documentation for production, including tolerance calculations, assembly diagrams, and cutting lists.
• Calculate precise tolerances and fitments to ensure seamless transition from design to manufacturing.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in engineering aluminum systems (facades, storefronts, or interior partitions).
• Proven track record of designing aluminum profiles from scratch with solid knowledge of extrusion technology.
• Strong experience with thermal break solutions and hardware integration.
• Advanced skills in SolidWorks or Kompas-3D for complex 3D modeling and assemblies.
• Degree in Mechanical/Civil Engineering or a related technical field.
• English: B2 required; Russian/Ukrainian: B2 required.
