Service Delivery Manager

Location: Sonderborg, Denmark. Candidates must be able to obtain security clearance by the Danish Defence Intelligence Service, requiring residency within NATO/EU for the last 7 years.

What you will do

• Manage, sustain, and extend service and maintenance contracts according to contractual requirements and processes.
• Create, negotiate, and review service contracts to ensure seamless delivery.
• Act as the primary point of contact for customer communication and issue resolution.
• Monitor the end-to-end service delivery process to ensure timely and efficient solutions.
• Support the Sales team during the tender phase by providing quotes and descriptions of service deliveries.
• Plan and execute customer meetings and workshops, while conducting regular compliance reviews.

Requirements

• Technical background with hands-on experience.
• Customer-oriented approach and strong communication skills.
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
• Ability to obtain security clearance from the Danish Defence Intelligence Service.
• Minimum of 7 years of residency within NATO/EU countries.
