Salary: $30 per hour (approx. $4,800/month based on 16 hours/week)

Requirements

• Must be based in Charlotte, NC or able to work on-site at Bank of America Stadium.
• Availability for all Panthers home games, including weekends and holidays.
• Background in broadcast or engineering with an understanding of signal flow.
• Strong technical grounding and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work in a high-pressure, live broadcast environment.
• Professional communication skills for liaising with clients and officials.
