What you will do

• Support live lab projects including equipment upgrades and new space setups.
• Troubleshoot audio, video, control systems, and compute environments.
• Maintain lab organization, inventory, and safety standards.
• Coordinate with facilities, vendors, and internal teams to resolve operational issues.
• Document processes and prototype smarter workflows using data, automation, and AI.
• Track project milestones and timelines using AI-driven tools.

Requirements

• Must be currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related STEM field.
• Recent graduates (within 6 months of graduation) are eligible.
• Must be available to work full-time Monday – Friday for 6 months (September 2026 – March 2027).
• Must be available to start on September 21, 2026.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Basic knowledge of AV signal flow and comfort with mechanical tools.

Nice to have

• Ability to read CAD drawings and wire diagrams.
• Experience with Office 365, Copilot, or media production tools.
• Interest in systems design or process improvement.
