Principal SAP Software Developer (AI)

What you will do

• Design and deliver solutions for hirify.global's SAP product portfolio in an agile engineering environment.
• Lead core product components, define architectural direction, and guide engineering practices.
• Own the end-to-end software product lifecycle, including technical direction, policies, quality standards, and best practices.
• Collaborate with engineering teams and stakeholders to deliver product capabilities using modern SAP technologies.
• Develop SAP capabilities involving Business AI, Joule, intelligent enterprise solutions, and AI-driven extensibility.

Requirements

• University degree in Computer Science or an equivalent technical qualification.
• At least 10 years of professional experience as a developer and architect.
• Expert-level ABAP programming skills and extensive SAP S/4HANA development experience.
• Strong knowledge of SAP architecture, ABAP Development Tools, SAP Business AI, Joule, and AI-driven extensibility and automation.
• Strong analytical, solution-oriented, communication, and independent working skills.
• Excellent written and spoken English required.

Nice to have

• SAP Fiori, SAPUI5, and SAP RESTful Application Programming Model experience.
• German language skills.
