TL;DR
Sr Business Systems Analyst (Oracle EBS): Delivering and supporting Oracle E-Business Suite and Fusion ERP solutions for finance operations in an on-site Neuchâtel role with an accent on requirements analysis, process optimization, and ERP configuration. Focus on leading workshops, implementing Oracle Fusion ERP, designing future-state processes, and resolving enhancements and production issues across finance modules.
Location: On-site in Neuchâtel, Switzerland; some travel is required.

What you will do
- Act as the liaison between the Neuchâtel functional teams and the Irvine-based Oracle team.
- Gather, analyze, and document functional and technical requirements for finance projects, enhancements, and production issues.
- Support workshops and participate in multiple phases of the Oracle Fusion ERP implementation.
- Analyze finance and operations business practices and design process improvements using current- and future-state models.
- Configure Oracle EBS and later Oracle Fusion ERP modules to meet business requirements.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience supporting enterprise applications in an IT or IS department.
- 7+ years of hands-on Oracle EBS implementation experience.
- In-depth knowledge of Oracle EBS 12.x, finance, VAT, accounting, and the vendor and customer TCA model.
- Experience with Oracle Fusion ERP and business process modeling.
- Ability to create business process models and use them to describe business requirements.
Nice to have
- Experience implementing and supporting on-premise and cloud enterprise software.
- Experience writing basic SQL queries for Oracle EBS data manipulation.
- Experience with Order Management, Purchasing, and Oracle Agile modules including PLM, PQM, PGC, and PPM.
