TL;DR
Storage Operations Engineer (SAN): Maintaining and improving large-scale SAN and storage infrastructure across more than 10 data centers with an accent on high availability, performance, reliability, and automation. Focus on provisioning, troubleshooting, capacity planning, lifecycle upgrades, data protection, and resolving complex storage connectivity and performance issues.

What you will do
- Maintain resilient, scalable SAN and storage infrastructure supporting critical global products and services across more than 10 data centers.
- Monitor, analyze, and resolve storage connectivity, visibility, performance, and availability issues.
- Configure storage environments, including provisioning, deprovisioning, zoning, and zoning management.
- Plan and execute capacity management, firmware, code, patch, and lifecycle upgrades.
- Improve operational efficiency through scripting, automation, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and participate in on-call support and incident response.
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on experience managing enterprise storage environments with multiple storage arrays and Fibre Channel switches.
- Experience with Dell EMC, NetApp, Pure Storage, HPE, Hitachi, or Infinidat platforms and Cisco MDS Fibre Channel switches.
- Strong knowledge of Fibre Channel, SCSI, NFS, multipathing, RAID, provisioning, deduplication, and data compression.
- Experience with snapshots, synchronous and asynchronous replication, VMware, and Cisco UCS integration.
- Scripting and automation skills with PowerShell, Python, or Ansible.
- Willingness to participate in on-call support and incident response activities.
