What you will do

• Manage commercial partnership activation across marketing, communications, PR, experiential, and hospitality.
• Facilitate regular partner planning workshops and senior review meetings.
• Develop partner marketing campaigns and coordinate media programmes with the PR & Communications department.
• Oversee brand approval processes and track annual rights against contractual deliverables.
• Deliver partner events and hospitality both at race and away-from-race environments.
• Handle activation programme finance management, including invoicing and reporting.

Requirements

• Proven experience in the sports or motorsport sponsorship industry.
• Strong skills in stakeholder management and professional negotiation.
• Experience in financial planning and budget management.
• Background in PR, communications, social media, or events and hospitality delivery.
• Ability to drive in the UK.
• University degree or equivalent preferred.
