IAM Consultant (Fintech)

TL;DR

IAM Consultant (Fintech): Supporting day-to-day Identity & Access Management operations for an international financial services institution with an accent on user lifecycle management and access provisioning. Focus on executing Joiner, Mover, and Leaver (JML) activities, managing entitlements across Entra ID and SailPoint, and ensuring security policy compliance.

What you will do

• Process IAM-related requests and incidents through JIRA in accordance with SLAs and security policies.
• Perform user access provisioning, modification, and deprovisioning across SailPoint IIQ, Active Directory, Entra ID, and Exchange Online.
• Execute Joiner, Mover, and Leaver (JML) activities to manage the full user lifecycle.
• Perform account administration tasks, including password resets and execution of PowerShell scripts.
• Support employees with access-related queries and IAM operational processes.
• Ensure compliance with access governance policies, audit requirements, and internal controls.

Requirements

• Fluent English (written and spoken)
• Professional experience in IT Support or Service Desk.
• Solid understanding of IAM processes and access management principles.
• Ability to work accurately within defined procedures and security policies.
• Availability for a part-time role (60-80% utilization)

Nice to have

• Experience with Active Directory, Entra ID, and Microsoft 365.
• Knowledge of IAM/IGA tools such as SailPoint, Saviynt, or Novell IDM.
• Exchange and mailbox administration experience.
• Ability to work with PowerShell scripts.
• Proficiency in German, French, or Italian.
