Salary: $95,000 - $115,000

What you will do

• Manage user lifecycle processes, including provisioning, de-provisioning, and access requests.
• Design and implement IAM programs aligned with business needs and risk tolerance.
• Collaborate with HRIS and IT service owners to troubleshoot identity-related workflows.
• Execute periodic access reviews, certifications, and track remediation activities.
• Maintain RBAC models and entitlement catalogs.
• Contribute to audit readiness and evidence collection for IAM controls.

Requirements

• Must be based in New York, NY for a hybrid work arrangement.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in IT and 2 years specifically in Identity Management.
• Proficiency in user lifecycle management and provisioning/de-provisioning.
• Knowledge of MFA, PIM/PAM, and the principle of least privilege.
• Scripting skills in at least one of: PowerShell, Python, or JavaScript.
• Strong understanding of server operations, operating systems, and cloud infrastructure.

Nice to have

• Experience with OAuth, SAML, OpenID frameworks and REST APIs.
• Knowledge of SCIM provisioning and IDaaS frameworks.
• Familiarity with NIST framework and vulnerability assessment tools.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in a relevant field.
• Experience in automation and integration with SaaS applications.
