What you will do

• Design and implement automated workflows for the entire identity lifecycle, including user onboarding, offboarding, and role changes.
• Develop automation scripts using PowerShell and Python to connect HR systems, Active Directory, and cloud platforms (Okta, Azure AD).
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define and deploy a granular RBAC model adhering to the principle of least privilege.
• Implement intuitive self-service capabilities and automated approval workflows via a service catalog.
• Evaluate and integrate AI/ML models to improve security posture through anomaly detection and predictive access reviews.
• Ensure automated solutions facilitate compliance with regulatory frameworks such as GDPR, HIPAA, and SOX.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent practical experience.
• Proven experience as an IAM Engineer with a strong focus on automation and integration.
• Proficiency in PowerShell, Ansible, and/or Python for automation and API interaction.
• Experience with enterprise-level IAM solutions such as SailPoint IIQ, Okta Identity Cloud, or Azure AD Identity Governance.
• Solid understanding of Active Directory, LDAP, and RESTful APIs.
• Must be eligible to work in the US (E-Verify employer).

Nice to have

• Deep understanding of authentication/authorization protocols (SAML, OAuth, OIDC, SCIM).
• Experience with cloud security concepts in AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines in an IAM context.
• Foundational understanding of AI/ML application in security or automation.
