What you will do

• Own end-to-end platform products, managing vision, multi-year roadmaps, and value delivery.
• Lead release and lifecycle management to ensure controlled, predictable, and auditable changes.
• Drive platform migrations and the evolution toward cloud-native platforms, including Kubernetes.
• Enable zero-touch operations through automation, event-driven workflows, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
• Establish a unified product and service catalog for operating systems, databases, and middleware.
• Collaborate with engineering, security, and architecture teams to define KPIs and track platform performance.

Requirements

• 10+ years of proven experience as an IT Product Manager in a banking or regulated environment.
• Strong technical knowledge of Windows, VMware, Linux, and Middleware platforms.
• Experience with automation, IaC, and pattern development.
• Proven track record in roadmap creation and large-scale platform transformations.
• Solid understanding of risk, compliance, auditability, and operational resilience.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting complex technical topics to senior management.
