Focus on managing the product roadmap, driving platform/R&D execution, and scaling customer design-in through go-to-market and production ramp-up.

What you will do

  • Manage the product roadmap for the Integrated Circuit Solutions (ICS) business group.
  • Drive the development platform and execute R&D for analog and mixed-signal ICs.
  • Create go-to-market strategy for complex analog and mixed-signal ICS products.
  • Lead customer design-in/win and ramp production by coordinating sales, field applications, supply chain, and (external) manufacturing.
  • Manage cross-functional teams across product definition & application, design & layout engineering, product marketing, business development, program management, test, and product engineering.
  • Partner with ICS leadership across operations, finance, HR, quality, and technology platform to run the business end-to-end.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in engineering is a must; electrical engineering is strongly preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in the semiconductor industry (analog, mixed-signal, and logic).
  • Proven track record building and managing cross-functional teams.
  • Business management experience is a must.
  • Very good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to travel 25–30% (including international travel) is expected.
